
SSPA Conferences – an Outstanding Opportunity for Partners! 
The 2008 Spring Best Practices Conference May 4 – 6 in Santa Clara offers numerous opportunities to interact with prospective and existing customer members of the SSPA community. We expect attendance of between 500 and 600 at the conference this year. The demographics for the past two years are seen in the chart to the right:

Technology Services Expo –

the exhibit hall hours provide dedicated time for demonstrations, presentations and meetings. The formal agenda offers all unopposed exhibit times on Sunday and Monday. You may also schedule time in the Expo with your customers and prospects outside of the formal exhibit hours. Our latest conference survey results show that 70% of the attendees plan to further evaluate solutions presented by our partners in the Expo. All exhibiting partners are also eligible for the Recognized Innovator Awards. An informational webcast (16MB) is available for on-demand viewing.The Innovation Awards program has already received industry recognition and has become highly regarded by our partners and members alike! Expo Theater: Solution Sessions – a few sessions are still available for partner solution presentations. Each of these 30 minute sessions is presented in the Tech Expo Theater and held during the formal Expo hours.
Innovative Support Technology Track: Case Study Sessions – a few sessions are still available for partner/member customer co-presented case study presentations. Each of these 45 minute sessions is presented along with the other breakout tracks.
Pre/Post Conference eNewsletter - Two custom SSPA email newsletters with your personal message included as a Featured Partner (maximum of ten partner participants) will be sent to all registered attendees pre-conference and all actual attendees post-conference.
Sponsorships – a variety of offerings are still available for sponsorship, including:
- Meals –Breakfasts (two available), Luncheons (one available), Receptions (two available) and STAR Awards Luncheon (one exclusive sponsorship).
- Lanyards – (Sold) and Attendee Bag - (one available).
- Workshop Track Sponsorship –(four remaining) Each of the six member presented tracks in the program is available for sponsorship. Sponsor branding includes half page ad in conference program, company name/logo placement, room signage, recognition/thank you by SSPA executives and one conference registration. Sponsorship also includes one time use of attendee list post conference.
- Keynote Session Sponsorship – Each of the conference keynote sessions is available for sponsorship. Sponsor branding includes company name/logo placement in all online and print materials and recognition/thank you by SSPA executives in keynote.
